Laptop boots to Windows 11 and just appears to need to have the BIOS battery replaced and appears to work properly otherwise.
The beep code is for a bad BIOS battery.
On this model, you have to take out the motherboard to replace the bios battery. It is not easy to access.
It shows light wear overall.
