Dell Latitude 5590 i5 & i7 8th Gen 15.6" Laptop AS IS PARTS - NO POWER - INCOMPL

Lot of 2 Dell Latitude 5590 laptops.
One i5 and one i7 9th Gen.
Both do not turn on and we did try multiple chargers and RAM so it's most likely a motherboard issue.
Screens are untested. Both will show light wear and full notes below:

Laptops are used and will show cosmetic wear such as scratches, small dents or scuff marks.
