The main issue is they have MDM Knox active so they cannot be setup. You just reach a screen asking for credentials and it doesn't reach the home screen.

I do not know the SIM status to know if is SIM locked or unlocked.

When turned on they display the T-Mobile Logo so I don't know if they are T-Mobile only or unlocked.
